People Onboarding Manager
Children’s Specialized ABA is designed to address the comprehensive needs of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The People Onboarding Manager will manage a team of HR Onboarding Specialists and oversee the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring compliance and efficiency across multiple states.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of HR Onboarding Specialists; Manage onboarding, hiring, training, coaching/developing, and performance management
Foster a positive work environment; promote collaboration, respect, and well-being Ensure great customer service at all levels
Ensure multi-state organizational compliance during onboarding with all federal, state, local, funding source requirements, and accreditation
Manage effective and efficient workflows across all states
Auditing and ensuring accurate data across all states during the onboarding process; ensure team accuracy
Working knowledge of all onboarding workflows across all states
Review and guidance on all attendance related items during training
Assist with monitoring KPI’s and auditing
WOTC management
Vonage management
Manage tablets/uniforms
Set up all onboarding packets/tasks-Superuser of onboarding module
Provide exceptional service and support to new hires throughout the onboarding process
Manage and coordinate end-to-end onboarding for all new employees in assigned regions/states, including documentation, fingerprints, system setup (CR/HRIS), IT access, and personnel file creation
Complete pre-employment and onboarding requirements prior to start date, including primary source verification of licensure/certifications, payroll processing, and coordination with credentialing and payroll teams
Partner closely with Training Coordinators and cross-functional teams to ensure new hires are fully cleared, oriented, and ready to begin work with clients
Maintain accurate HR records and perform all HR data entry and updates across systems (CR, ATS, HRIS, Smartsheet), including new hires, status changes, and terminations, including those occurring during onboarding or training
Collaborate across other departments as needed for all people onboarding
Manage and complete all involuntary terminations during training
Weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree strongly preferred
1 year ABA BT/RBT onboarding/offboarding experience
Previous managerial/supervisory experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), applicant tracking system (ATS) and similar computer applications
