Qualification
Required
Proven ability to design and execute recruitment strategies
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Collaborative, positive working style and commitment to continuous improvement
3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred
