Responsibilities

Manage the execution of the team’s wide range of content and campaign needs

Facilitate project flows across all types of content and activations, including photography, illustration, video, digital, OOH, and experiential

Create and manage budgets for projects while ensuring high-quality creative output

Support creatives by lending creative taste and managing internal teams

Build strong client relationships and manage client expectations as a critical client-facing partner

Manage bids and engage with creative vendors across pre-production and post-projects

Oversee post-production and delivery of projects, ensuring successful conclusions

Maintain a robust digital rolodex of talent including photographers, directors, animators, and editors

Write scopes, plan projects, draft contracts, and partner with business affairs and finance for smooth project execution

Proactively tackle production challenges and develop innovative solutions

Thrive in a fast-paced environment, anticipating needs and adapting to various work situations

Stay informed about AI developments and their applications in production

Required

7-9 years of integrated production experience

Ability to efficiently facilitate project flows across all types of content and activations- from photography, illustration, and video to digital, OOH and experiential

Experience in making budgets work while achieving amazing creative output

Strong communication skills to manage internal teams

Problem solver with a team player attitude

Experience with client management and building strong relationships

Strong agency producer experience including managing bids and partnering with creative vendors

Thorough and precise in managing post production and delivery of projects

Robust digital rolodex of talent including photographers, directors, key crew talent, animators, editors, composers

Sharp attention to detail and project management skills

Ability to write a scope, plan a project, draft a contract, and partner with business affairs and finance

Extremely proactive with a tremendous amount of initiative

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure

Keen interest in AI and its deployment in production

Interest in new class of content creators adept at using AI for innovative creative output
