Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners through networking, outreach, and consistent communication

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

Lead project teams, inspire collaboration, and ensure high-quality execution

Manage team workload, provide coaching, deliver feedback, and foster a positive work environment

Oversee project performance, including budgets, schedules, profitability, and resource planning

Support business development by identifying and pursuing new opportunities with current and prospective clients

Lead or support proposal development, cost estimating, and project reporting

Contribute technical expertise to environmental projects such as:

– Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs)

– Soil, vapor, and groundwater investigations

– Remedial action planning and oversight

– Ensuring high-quality deliverables and service excellence
