Research, identify, and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for our sales team
Use CRM and lead tools to track prospects, follow-ups, and outcomes (Pipedrive, LinkedIn, etc.)
Collaborate on creative outreach strategies and messaging
Maintain accurate activity and lead data in CRM
Report on metrics and results to improve outreach efficiency
Celebrate wins and contribute to a performance-driven culture
