Outreach Sales Manager (Local Hero)

Boulder Heavy Industries is seeking an Outreach Sales Manager to accelerate growth by expanding strategic partnerships and developing new business opportunities. Responsibilities

Own and drive the business development lifecycle from strategy through execution
Champion Local Hero with clients and potential clients leveraging a deep understanding of our value proposition, services, and client success stories
Identify, target, and secure high-potential accounts, including national brands, franchise systems, and multi-location businesses
Guide industry-specific outreach strategies and oversee the development of customized pitch materials
Build strong relationships by tailoring communication to buyer roles, motivations, and objectives
Support leadership in pricing, deal structuring, negotiation, and closing strategic opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and leadership teams to ensure alignment
Analyze pipeline health, deal velocity, conversion rates, and revenue trends to inform forecasting and planning
Present growth insights, opportunity analyses, and performance reporting to internal stakeholders
Stay informed on competitive offerings, market shifts, and vertical-specific trends
Represent Local Hero at conferences, industry events, and partner meetings
Use CRM tools and dashboards to track, manage, and optimize outreach and conversion activities

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client partnerships
Proven track record of lead generation, deal closing, and client retention
Ability to travel approximately 10%+

Preferred

Experience working with national brands, franchise systems, or multi-location businesses
Familiarity with local marketing and local ad sales strategies
Passion for digital marketing and marketing technology solutions
Clear, persuasive written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with exceptional project and relationship management abilities
Data-driven mindset with a strong grasp of analytics, reporting, and pipeline management
Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Ability to quickly build rapport and navigate complex stakeholder dynamics
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment
Tenacious, focused, and hungry for growth
