Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Finance and Operations Management to oversee branch operations and ensure financial health
Proven ability in Team Leadership to guide and motivate staff, fostering a collaborative work environment
Commitment to delivering exceptional Customer Service and addressing client needs effectively
Experience in developing and conducting Training programs to support team development and operational excellence
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
Proficient in using tools and platforms necessary for operational management
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus
Familiarity with agricultural lending or financial services is a strong advantage
