Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking Electrical Engineers in the New Albany, OH area to work for a top utility and energy company. This position is responsible for developing and deploying External Model Update (XMU) to the company’s three footprints.

Responsibilities

Maintain seven (7) external EMS models while updating ICCP points in OSI System. Related work includes API-driven modeling in CIMSPY, model tweaking in CIMSTUDIO and model deployment in OSI Monarch

Update ICCP points for external EMS model. Related work includes developing ICCP mapping to SCADA points and derive incremental ICCP files to be submitted to ISO

Tweak and enhance model management process when necessary. Related work includes updating existing python /C++ scripts, customizing CIMSPY configurations and developing new C++ modules to realize new functions in CIMLab

Qualification

Electrical EngineeringPythonC++CIM/XMLCommunication Skills

Required

Bachelor's Degree in an electrical engineering program with a focus on power system accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET)

Two or more years of related engineering experience

Proficiency in Python, C++ and CIM/XML language

Strong communication skills
