Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (or related)
1-3 years in manufacturing/production (internships/co-ops considered)
High emotional intelligence & team orientation
Strong emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a solution-oriented mindset
Preferred
Lean management and ISO 9001 experience
Strong communication & leadership potential (campus, work, or military experience)
Proven ability to influence, lead, and collaborate
