High School Diploma

Minimum of four (4) years of experience in law firm or company setting performing legal tasks

Strong computer skills and familiarity with legal software tools

Preferred

Paralegal certificate preferred

Familiarity with and experience drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts

Familiarity with Excel
