They are seeking an Implementation Consultant to assist with implementing their cloud Utility Billing software, working with project managers and consultants to configure, train, and support customers during the transition.

Responsibilities

Interview customers and gather and document requirements for planning how best to configure Springbrook's software

Review converted data to ensure complete and accurate information is brought forward into our software

Configure Springbrook's software in a manner consistent with the customer's business practices

Provide end-user training in our software

Provide go live support and ensure a seamless transition of the customer account to Springbrook's Customer Support department

Occasional travel to customer sites on occasion to perform software implementation work and training may be required

Maintain general awareness of Springbrook security and privacy policies

Report any security incident or suspected security incident to the Springbrook Incident Response Team
