Client Relations: You will be the face of our firm, interacting with clients, answering inquiries, and ensuring their positive experience. Your professionalism, empathy, and communication skills will be essential

Calendar Management: Efficiently manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for attorneys and partners

Document Organization: Maintain and organize legal documents, ensuring accuracy and accessibility

Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and promptly

Case Support: Assist attorneys with case preparation, research, and document drafting

Office Coordination: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a well-organized office environment

Technology Proficiency: Utilize software applications effectively for tasks such as document creation, data management, and communication

Required
