Responsibilities

Manage and work assigned collection accounts using internal systems, including initiating outbound calls, responding to inquiries, sending correspondence, and updating account information
Handle inbound calls and consumer requests professionally while maintaining accurate notes and account statuses until resolution or escalation
Support team operations by meeting scheduling expectations, assisting with training new employees, and performing other duties as assigned

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
1 – 3 years related experience and/or training
Equivalent combination of education and experience
Computer and keyboarding skills

Willingness to learn new computer systems
Ability to sit for long periods of time
