Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain production data feeds and interface systems
Provide first-level support for interface alerts, issues, and inquiries
Troubleshoot HL7 and FHIR interface issues and coordinate resolutions
Document issues, contribute to knowledge bases, and improve support processes
Communicate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and QA
Participate in on-call support rotations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
3+ years of healthcare IT or interface support experience
Knowledge of HL7 v2, CCDA, and FHIR standards
Preferred
Experience with Mirth Connect, XML, and JavaScript
