Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day shift execution: customer experience, speed, safety, and cleanliness
Coach, train, and motivate teammates using clear expectations and feedback
Drive membership and retail performance through great service and sales leadership
Learn operational fundamentals: preventative maintenance, checklist routines, quality checks, basic KPI tracking, and labor awareness
Resolve customer concerns and model exceptional customer service standards in a fast-moving environment
Work outdoors and stay active while maintaining a professional, positive attitude
Qualification
Required
Open availability including weekends; reliable attendance is a must
Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons and being on your feet throughout the shift
Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
Confidence taking ownership and leading by example
Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs and work around moving vehicles
Valid driver's license
Preferred
Leadership/retail/service experience is a plus (not required—we train)
