This role will assist with cases from intake through resolution, with the opportunity to take on more substantive responsibilities over time.

Responsibilities
Assist with case intake, file review, and document review
Conduct legal research and analysis to support active litigation matters
Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and related legal documents
Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, including discovery
Communicate with clients and opposing counsel as needed
Manage assigned caseloads and meet deadlines
Take on additional substantive work as familiarity with the practice grows
Qualification
Required
5+ years of litigation experience
Juris Doctor with an active Oregon Bar license
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and work independently in a remote environment
Comfortable supporting multiple attorneys
Preferred
Insurance defense experience is a plus but not required, training can be provided
