Required

Bachelors' Degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related fields
One year experience in a Compensation or Human Resources role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Analytical skills with ability to synthesize data and propose recommendations
Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
High attention to detail and accuracy, well organized
Ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects
Excellent organizational and time management skills
