Responsibilities

Work on complex and high-impact engagements, including transaction-related valuations, litigation support, and estate and gift planning valuations

Manage client relationships and drive business development initiatives

Contribute to the continued growth of the valuation service line

Lead sophisticated valuation projects that inform critical business and legal decisions

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics

ABV, ASA, CFA, or CVA designation required

10+ years of financial valuation or related financial experience, including transaction-related valuations, litigation support, and estate & gift planning

Demonstrated business development success with an existing referral network

Advanced financial modeling and report-writing skills

Strong knowledge of private capital markets and M&A, with the ability to apply expertise creatively to diverse client needs

Proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Skilled in economic damage analysis, reviewing legal documents, preparing and presenting findings, and testifying as needed

Excellent analytical, research, communication skills

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Highly organized self-starter with strong planning skills and the ability to take initiative and drive projects to successful completion

Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, peers, and leadership

Demonstrated ability to network, market, generate leads, and drive revenue growth
