Responsibilities
Reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings — sparking conversations that matter
Identify client needs and recommend tailored solutions that deliver real impact
Nurture strong, lasting partnerships with clients who know they can count on you
Track leads, manage opportunities in our CRM, and help push deals across the finish line
Work with the team on proposals, presentations, and follow-ups that win business
Keep up-to-date on services, promotions, and industry trends so you’re always a step ahead
Collect client feedback and help us refine and innovate how we deliver value
Qualification
Required
At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus)
Reliable transportation — this role is on-site in our Houston office
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (you enjoy talking to people!)
Organized and efficient with excellent time management
A positive, ambitious attitude and eagerness to learn
Preferred
Previous customer-facing or sales experience is a plus — but not required
