The Project Coordinator will support the SDS organization by managing remote deployment deliverables, customer remediation, and project scheduling with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute small project, as assigned
Manage customer remediation for project
Monitor and report on project progress and scheduling
Attain a thorough knowledge of all client processes for project execution
Contact customers to schedule remediation projects with the customer, including building out detailed remediation project schedules with customers

Good computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent writing skills and the ability to communicate accurately and concisely in English

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail while managing multiple complex deliverables and stakeholder groups required
Ability to learn quickly, deal with ambiguity, take initiative and achieve results required
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Proven organization and time management skills
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technology, or Life Sciences
Two or more years of experience in project management
Prior experience within healthcare industry (e.g., medical device, pharma)
Managed/supported projects cross-functionally in an iterative, fast paced environment
Proficiency with Salesforce and SharePoint
