Auction.com is the nation’s leading live and online real estate marketplace and they are seeking a Lead Auction Coordinator I. In this part-time role, you will represent the company in conducting live foreclosure auctions and educate customers on participating in these auctions, helping to foster community growth.

Responsibilities

You will be the face of Auction.com and will represent the Company in the conduct of live foreclosure auctions, either through holding auctions, or via online technology that allows remote or real-time bidding on a national basis

You will be helping your local community thrive through educating customers on how to participate in the auctions and helping turn houses into homes

Your Area/State manager will work with you to assign daily, weekly, or monthly auctions that you will be expected to participate in

Your typical schedule will have 5-8 auctions per month, occurring typically on a bi-weekly schedule, so the more available and flexible your schedule is the better

Additionally, there are usually training sessions monthly/quarterly and these provide opportunities to improve skills while earning additional compensation

Each auction usually requires 5-10 hours of work. Starting out you can expect between 15-30 hours per month with the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities as you grow within our team and company
