They are seeking a professional, experienced Director/VP of Finance to improve the financial performance of their local homebuilding operations and oversee all finance and accounting functions for the division team.

Responsibilities

Responsibility for cost control in the division

Development and implementation of procedures that impact budgets, costs and strategic goals

Preparation and review of pro formas, financial statements, forecasts and G&A expenditures

Partnering with the Division President and other leaders to increase overall division performance
