Responsibilities
Lead and execute proactive Preventive Maintenance programs while responding efficiently to guest, member, and employee service needs
Recruit, train, develop, and motivate a diverse engineering team, including HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians, painters, and general maintenance professionals
Actively support and advance the resort’s Green Initiative, identifying innovative strategies to reduce environmental impact
Elevate overall property condition, safety, and guest experience through attention to detail and team collaboration
Foster a positive, high-energy work environment that balances professionalism with fun
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 8 year building maintenance experience
Good computer skills
Prior experience leading teams in a multi-faceted hotel or resort operation is required
Preferred
Experience in a union environment is highly desirable
