Responsibilities

Drive ongoing VA placement growth through systematic account expansion
Lead expansion-focused client conversations tied directly to ROI
Maintain a strong, active expansion pipeline across assigned accounts
Create, present, and close tailored, ROI-driven upsell proposals
Lead strategic business reviews (QBRs) with multi-VA and key accounts
Identify client growth, satisfaction, and capacity signals during check-ins
Serve as the primary relationship owner for multi-VA and expansion-ready clients
Own client satisfaction and long-term retention across your portfolio
Proactively identify and mitigate churn risks before they escalate
Personally handle and resolve revenue-critical escalations with urgency and poise
Build deep client relationships by understanding each client’s business drivers and success metrics
Partner cross-functionally with recruiting, training, and operations to ensure client outcomes
Act as a senior mentor to junior team members, involving them in expansion conversations and coaching them on sales and growth strategies
Share best practices, playbooks, and case studies with the Client Success team
Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, opportunities, and outcomes in the CRM
Regularly review and rebalance your book of business to maximize growth and coverage
Provide weekly reporting on client health, retention risks, and expansion efforts
Follow a consistent workflow and cadence that prioritizes proactive outreach and strategic planning

Required

Proven leadership experience managing, mentoring, and developing team members (direct people management required)
Strong background in Client Success, Account Management, or Growth-focused roles

Highly organized with a strong ownership mindset — nothing falls through the cracks
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and execution ability
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
U.S.-based with reliable internet and a professional remote workspace

Preferred

Insurance or staffing industry experience is a plus (training provided)
