MAFÉ Resources is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead on-site construction activities for complex commercial building projects. This role involves coordinating subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality standards, and managing project schedules from early construction through project closeout.

Responsibilities

Lead daily field operations, coordinating subcontractors, labor, and site logistics
Drive project schedules, including short-term look-aheads and milestone planning
Enforce site safety standards and lead regular safety meetings and inspections
Oversee quality control and ensure work aligns with drawings, specs, and approved submittals
Coordinate material deliveries and site readiness to avoid delays
Maintain accurate daily reports, field documentation, and progress updates
Support preconstruction planning, constructability reviews, and sequencing discussions
Communicate field conditions, design issues, and schedule impacts to project leadership
Manage inspections, permits, and punch list activities through final turnover

Preferred

10+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial or large-scale building projects
Strong exposure to ground-up construction, including concrete and structural systems
Proven ability to manage projects through foundation to closeout
Solid understanding of construction safety practices and regulatory requirements
Comfortable leading subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades
Proficient with construction drawings, schedules, and field documentation tools
OSHA 10/30 certification strongly preferred
