Responsibilities

Partner cross-functionally with solution leaders and operational teams to investigate and explain variances between estimated and actual project profitability

Manage and maintain the financial ERP system and related accounting platforms to ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance with accounting standards

Assist in enhancing internal controls and identifying opportunities to improve and streamline accounting and financial processes

Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reports in support of monthly close activities

Support monthly revenue recognition in accordance with applicable accounting guidance

Perform additional accounting and finance-related duties as needed to support the broader finance organization

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, advanced degree preferred

4+ years of professional accounting & finance experience

Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial accounting standards

Strong working knowledge of accounting and project management software; NetSuite ERP and NetSuite Suite ProjectsPro, required

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills with a high level of attention to detail

Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment and communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders

Preferred

Experience working in a private equity–backed environment is a plus
