Metasys Technologies is seeking an experienced SAP MDM Analyst to support a complex SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA master data migration. The role involves executing data migration, conducting business mapping sessions, and ensuring data quality across multiple SAP modules.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute master data migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA
Conduct business mapping sessions and map ECC master data to S/4HANA migration objects
Perform data migration using SAP Data Migration Cockpit and SAP Data Services (BODS) on SAP HANA
Analyze SAP tables and views for data extraction, transformation, and load
Resolve SAP Data Migration Cockpit errors and data quality issues
Design and execute LSMW programs for data upload
Develop and execute BDC/BAPI custom upload programs
Support migration of master data for FICO, MM, WM, SD, PP, QM, and EHS modules
Perform data validation, testing, and user acceptance testing
Support cutover activities and provide post-migration troubleshooting
Collaborate with business users to resolve issues and meet project objectives

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field; Master's preferred
5+ years of SAP data migration experience, including S/4HANA implementation and support projects
Strong hands-on experience with SAP Data Migration Cockpit, including error handling
Strong experience with SAP Data Services (BODS) on SAP HANA database
Knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA master data structures, tables, views, and migration objects
Experience with LSMW, BDC, and BAPI-based data migration
Strong understanding of SAP master data across multiple functional areas
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with technical and non-technical audiences
Strong teamwork, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred

SAP certification preferred
Knowledge of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) and integration scenarios is a plus
