Responsibilities
Support inbound, scheduled, and outbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment, guiding employees through benefit enrollment process for core and voluntary
Educate employees on available benefits using clear explanations and relatable examples
Deliver client-facing presentations via webinars to educate and inform employees
Accurately process and complete employee benefit enrollments, ensuring all selections are finalized and documented
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Active Life and Health Insurance License in your residence state; continued education in states where it is required
Three (3) years of experience in group benefits, or other insurance call center environment
Comfortable working in a dynamic, phone-based environment with sales component
Preferred
Prior experience in employee benefits counseling or enrollment services
Experience working in CXone
