This role involves supporting Learning Platforms and focuses on migrating from a legacy LMS to a new LMS, with an emphasis on AI capabilities using Python.

Responsibilities
Review and analyze software/hardware configurations for specific environments
Create and maintain product builds and development/test code baselines
Recommend enhancements to configuration management systems, build processes, and delivery systems
Troubleshoot technical problems
Communicate solutions effectively to team members
Interface with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with customer expectations
Document and report status updates, including metrics
Provide informal mentoring to junior staff on project-level tasks
Participate in internal process improvement initiatives
Provide feedback and suggestions on processes
Adhere to technology policies and comply with security controls
Ensure all work products meet/exceed standards
Qualification
Required
Java + AWS (must-have)
Python used heavily for AI scripting and integrations
Code baseline management (development and test environments)
Configuration management and system integrations
Preferred
AI/Machine Learning skills
