InternCRH is a leading Highway Contractor and the largest producer of Hot Mix Asphalt and Construction Aggregates in New England. As a Safety Intern at Pike Industries, you'll work closely with the Safety Department to promote and maintain a safe working environment across the Construction and Aggregates Divisions, gaining hands-on experience with safety initiatives and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
Assist with the implementation of ongoing safety initiatives across multiple sites
Participate in industrial hygiene testing to ensure a safe working environment
Help develop safety relationship-building strategies within the Construction and Aggregates divisions
Assist in regulatory compliance inspections and follow up on corrective actions
Support the Safety Department in contingency planning and safety reporting
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a college degree program, preferably in Safety or a related field
Strong attention to detail and commitment to promoting safety
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
Willingness to work extended hours, including nights and weekends
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont
