Responsibilities

Lead real-time troubleshooting for filling (Optima), formulation, autoclaves, and inspection equipment
Utilize Rockwell Automation tools (PLC/HMI) to interpret alarms, trends, and system states; determine containment versus escalation
Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams; produce accurate and detailed handover reports
Support qualification and commissioning handoff for new lines, including upcoming projects
Track recurring issues and propose continuous improvement initiatives for both quick wins and long-term solutions

Required

Strong automation background with expertise in PLC, HMI, and Rockwell Automation (Allen Bradley) systems
2–3+ years of experience in manufacturing or process environments, preferably in high-compliance settings
Demonstrated ability in root cause analysis, structured triage, and hands-on troubleshooting
Ability to work a 2-2-3 night rotation (6 PM–6 AM) for 12–24 months
Familiarity with SCADA/MES/historian systems and aseptic behaviors; experience with parenteral filling equipment is a plus
