The role involves assisting customers with membership plans, addressing account issues, and providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall experience at the car wash.
Responsibilities
Effectively Communicate the value of our service
Greet each customer promptly with a smile
Inform customers of Unlimited Wash Plans and make the sale
Answer questions and provide direction for customers who are unfamiliar with our process
Help maintain operations throughout the location
Achieve benchmarks and goals set by managers
Use of electronic scanners, cash registers, or related equipment
Qualification
Required

Able to sell services to align with customer needs
Strong interpersonal and listening skills with an outgoing personality
Action-oriented with a team-player attitude
Works with a sense of urgency
High energy and desire to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Presentable and professional appearance
Ability to work long hours on your feet in a fast-paced environment
Minimum of 1 year of previous customer service experience with one employer
