Arctic Fox Hair Color is a top brand in the semi-permanent hair color category, and they are seeking a Director of Sales to join their team. The role involves managing EDI processes, coordinating order fulfillment, and ensuring efficient logistics operations.

Responsibilities

Process incoming/outgoing EDI documents (850 POs, 856 ASNs, 810 Invoices, 997 Acknowledgements), manage EDI partner setups, and troubleshoot transmission issues

Coordinate with warehouse teams for accurate picking, packing, and timely shipment, ensuring compliance with retailer guidelines

Schedule carrier pickups (UPS, FedEx, freight), manage routing, track shipments, and resolve delivery delays

Prepare and verify shipping documents like Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing lists, and customs forms

Utilize ERP systems, TMS (Transportation Management Systems), and EDI software to manage data and track operations

Act as a liaison between sales, customer service, IT, warehouses, carriers, and external partners

Required

Proven experience in a shipping/logistics role with direct EDI experience (e.g., 850, 856, 810)

Strong organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills

Meticulous attention to detail for data accuracy and compliance

MUST be fluent in Korean

Preferred

Target, Walmart and other retailer order fulfillment experience
