Responsibilities

Manages EPIC/enterprise system applications in the areas of ongoing user support/training, dictionary, maintenance, system enhancements, problem analysis, resolution and troubleshooting

Design, develop, and deliver training programs and educational materials for new and existing employees across various departments

Provide expert, hands-on training on Epic workflows and features to maximize user proficiency and system adoption

Conduct ongoing training sessions, refresher courses, and skill validation exercises to maintain a high level of staff competency

Works with vendors and other IT staff to coordinate hardware installation, maintain and oversee changes, corrections, enhancement to the Clinical Systems

Act as a liaison for departments regarding Epic and clinical system issues, bridging the gap between end-users and technical teams
