Perform basic Avaya system support and troubleshooting
Assist with phone installations, moves, adds, and changes
Provide Tier 1 break/fix support under guidance of senior technicians
Document issues, resolutions, and work performed
Coordinate with onsite teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience working with Avaya systems
Basic understanding of telephony and VoIP concepts
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work onsite for the full assignment duration
