NAP Optimization & Consistency Associate - (Ops)
EKWA MARKETING is a fully remote organization seeking two NAP Optimization & Consistency Associates who value flexibility and career growth. The role involves managing online listings to ensure accurate NAP information, analyzing citation data, and collaborating with clients and directory administrators to improve online data accuracy.

Responsibilities
Identify, audit, and manage all online listings and business profiles related to assigned clients to ensure accurate and consistent NAP (Name, Address, Phone) information
Analyze citation data to calculate NAP consistency scores and track improvements over time
Correct NAP-related discrepancies by updating listings and coordinating fixes across third-party platforms
Communicate with external directory administrators and partners via email and phone to request, follow up on, and confirm approved updates
Work closely with the Client Servicing Team to obtain verification PINs, access codes, and required client documentation for profile verification
Stay informed about the latest NAP consistency standards, local SEO best practices, and search engine guidelines
Prepare and maintain detailed NAP reports, address client queries, and contribute to strategies that improve online data accuracy
Participate in client calls and Zoom meetings, when required, to explain findings, progress, and next steps
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly explain findings and updates
Excellent research and analytical skills, with a strong ability to understand and verify online data
Basic to intermediate computer literacy, including familiarity with online marketing concepts and digital communication tools such as Zoom and Skype
Proven experience working with Google Docs and Google Sheets for documentation, data analysis, and reporting
Solid understanding of online marketing fundamentals, particularly how NAP consistency influences local search visibility and digital presence
Experience using ticketing or task management systems to track work, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
You must work 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
A minimum of 3 hours must be worked between 6:30 PM and 1:30 AM (Sri Lankan Time). You may choose any 3-hour window within this timeframe. The remaining 5 hours can be completed at any time during the day
The remaining 4 hours can be worked anytime during the day
You must define your work schedule in advance and adhere to it consistently
Weekend work is not permitted
You must have a quiet, distraction-free home working environment
You must have a dedicated desktop or laptop (tablets and mobile phones are not permitted)
You must have a headset with a microphone
You must have a stable, high-speed internet connection capable of supporting Zoom meetings
Your work device must have Zoom, Chrome, Firefox, Slack, antivirus software, and a mail client installed
You may be required to install additional software as needed
You cannot be employed by another company while working at Bizycorp
