Used Car Sales Manager - Central Houston Cadillac
Central Houston Cadillac is hiring for a Sales Manager to lead the sales team in our Used Car Department! The Sales Manager is primarily responsible for supervising and motivating salespeople, as well as promoting, encouraging, and teaching strategies to sell vehicles.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with dealership General Managers to forecast goals and objectives for the sales departments. Support in preparing and administering a growth minded strategy
Attend Weekly Sales Action Meetings and Management Meetings
Support dealerships in recruiting, hiring, training, motivating, counseling, and monitoring the performance of all sales employees
Develop and organize a training schedule, as directed by the GMs, to ensure that each sales team member completes role specific training
Guide sales teams in setting their department and individual objectives on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis
Assist sales team with meetings, proposals, and follow-up to grow sales
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication skills both oral, written, and electronic
Outstanding organizational skills
Service-oriented, ability to stay calm even when dealing with difficult customers
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and other electronic communications such as email, text, video calls, etc
Inventory control software
Must be 21 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S
High School Diploma or equivalent
A valid in-state driver's license
Preferred
3-5 years of experience working as a sales manager for a dealership preferred
2 years leading a high performing sales team preferred
Experience in F&I is highly desired but not a requirement
