The Human Resource Manager will act as a liaison between local facilities and the corporate HR team, administering employee benefits, compensation, and compliance while supporting local leadership in areas such as recruitment and employee relations.

Responsibilities

Recruit, interview, hire and onboard employees

Coaching and counseling employees

Review timecards and leave requests to ensure accurate payroll submission

Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations

Planning and coordinating employee events

Manage Workers Compensation claims with the support of the Safety Coordinator

Support corporate initiatives through communication and training as needed

Qualification

Human Resources experienceHRIS proficiencyColorado FAMLI knowledgeWritten communicationVerbal communication

Preferred

3-5 years of direct Human Resources experience preferred

Above average written and verbal communication skills

Experience working with a HRIS

Knowledge and experience with Colorado FAMLI

Must be able to pass a drug test and background screen
