Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing de-escalation techniques as needed

Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior

Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain awareness of any unusual activity

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, staff, and emergency personnel as required

Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client protocols

Maintain a visible armed presence while on patrol to help to deter potential threats and provide reassurance to staff and visitors
