Responsibilities
Work with vendors to receive warranty claims accurately and promptly
Verify coverage eligibility based on policy terms, product registration, and service records
Ensure compliance with company purchasing and finance policies
Analyze claims to identify patterns with part returns and warranty claims and report to Director
Collaborate with field team to resolve warranty parts under disputes and lost inventory items and come to positive outcome for company
Give monthly feedback to Director of Purchasing on process improvement for tracking and reconciling inventory
Qualification
Required
Legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to interpret policy documents and technical product information
College degree required or 5+ years of finance or analyst experience
Strong analytical skills
Ability to hit multiple deadlines in given period
Proficient in excel
Preferred
Basic accounting background preferred
