Responsibilities
Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for C2C roles using various sourcing platforms (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.)
Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques and other sourcing tools to find the right candidates
Leverage an existing strong vendor/implementation partner network to quickly fill open roles
Thoroughly vet candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and verifying documents
Identify and reject fake resumes and forged visa documents effectively
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of consultants and consistently meet submission goals
Maintain relationships with candidates and vendors for ongoing requirements
Collaborate with account managers to understand job requirements, deliverables, and client expectations
Manage multiple roles simultaneously and perform under tight deadlines
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter
Strong experience working on C2C positions and understanding of US work visas (H1B, GC, USC, etc.)
Extensive experience in H1 Transfers & OPT hiring
Well-connected with a strong vendor database and experience working with direct clients and prime vendors
Proficient in using Boolean search strings, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal ATS systems
Proven ability to identify fake resumes and forged visa documents
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
