Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls regarding Brokerage account inquiries with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism
Provide support for Brokerage Cash Management products, online client platforms, and mobile app assistance
Address general financial and account-related questions while meeting key performance metrics
Contribute effectively in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
Multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities within a busy financial service center
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED is required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to learn quickly and maintain a high level of accuracy
Professional, career-driven mindset with a commitment to excellent service
Preferred
A college degree is preferred
Recently College Grads are encouraged to apply
Previous customer experience preferred
