Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and courteously

Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed

Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Cash handling experience and basic math skills

Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed

High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required

Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate
