Utilize a consultative sales approach to educate customers on the restoration process
Set clear expectations and communicate effectively with clients
Close commercial jobs without pressure or manipulation
Achieve $100,000+ per month in collected revenue and $1M+ annually in commercial restoration sales
Develop strong, repeat referral relationships and ensure long-term, sustainable revenue growth
Qualification
Required
Experienced in commercial sales, B2B sales, or business development
Personable, social, and confident meeting with property managers, facility managers, adjusters, brokers, and commercial clients
Decisive and fast-moving—you don't need all the facts to take action
Comfortable in outside sales, relationship management, and networking
