Responsibilities
Provide daily executive support to the President, including calendar management, scheduling, travel coordination, and meeting preparation
Serve as a primary point of contact between the President and internal/external contacts, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times
Manage and prioritize incoming communications (email, phone, mail) and respond or delegate as appropriate
Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and other materials as needed
Assist with personal and household matters such as appointments, errands, and travel logistics
Coordinate special projects, events, and company initiatives as directed
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for both business and personal documents
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by anticipating needs and proactively solving problems
Qualification
Required
5+ years of executive assistant experience supporting senior leadership; experience supporting a business owner or C-suite executive preferred
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with excellent follow-through
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional demeanor with a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, and other productivity tools
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
Flexible and reliable with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude
