Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions

Manage and enhance IAM processes including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access certifications

Integrate applications with SailPoint using SSO, connectors, and APIs

Configure and maintain identity lifecycle, roles, policies, and workflows

Collaborate with security and application teams to enforce cybersecurity best practices

Troubleshoot identity, access, and authentication-related issues

Support audits, compliance, and access governance initiatives

Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint

Expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM)

In-depth knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)

Solid cybersecurity background and security-first mindset

Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies

Understanding of authentication/authorization standards (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect preferred)

Experience with cloud IAM integrations

Scripting or development experience (Java, BeanShell, or similar)

Exposure to compliance frameworks (SOX, SOC, ISO)
