Responsibilities
Delivering complex construction and utilities projects from start to finish
Managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources
Ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance throughout
Acting as the key link between operations and delivery teams
Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
Administering NEC3/4 contracts and ensure commercial performance
Supporting commissioning and ensure assets are operational and compliant
Maintaining accurate project documentation and reporting on project progress, risk, and financial performance
Promoting safety leadership and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Minimum HNC (or equivalent) in a mechanical engineering or project management discipline, with significant relevant experience
Proven project management experience
Strong engineering and asset management background
Strong experience and knowledge of CDM regulations
Experience with NEC3/4 contracts and commercial management
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards
Relevant professional certification in project management i.e. APM, PRINCE2, PMP
Full UK car driving licence
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role
Preferred
Experience managing infrastructure projects - desirable
IOSH Managing Safely qualification - desirable
