Inventory Control Analyst, Facilities - Lakeland

The Inventory Control Analyst will manage inventory across various locations, perform data analysis, and ensure accurate inventory records to support the Facilities team.

Responsibilities
Managing inventory across all storage locations in a division, including scheduling, coordinating, and performing inventory counts for van locations, warehouses, and divisions
Reporting and analysis for warehouse or production operations, including running inventory reports to identify issues
Performing data analysis to ensure accurate material availability for technicians and stores
Collaborating with supervisor to determine best placement for inventoried items and reminding warehouse/production associates of proper inventory receiving, putaway, picking, packaging, and shipping techniques for optimal business operations
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in Business, Accounting or Computer Science, or other analytical discipline or equivalent experience
2 years of experience in warehousing or facilities/production operations or performing analytics in a related field
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
experience with SAP or equivalent ERP software
managing inventory across all storage locations in a division, including scheduling, coordinating, and performing inventory counts for van locations, warehouses, and divisions
reporting and analysis for warehouse or production operations, including running inventory reports to identify issues
performing data analysis to ensure accurate material availability for technicians and stores

Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Computer Science, or other analytical discipline or equivalent experience
4 years of experience in warehousing or facilities/production operations performing analytics in a related field
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
