As a HR Intern, you will work in a training capacity assisting the Human Resources department to achieve current initiatives, including compensation analysis and contributing to ongoing HR projects.

Assist with compensation analysis, market research, and data management
Contribute to ongoing HR projects such as bonus/commission plan assignments and audits
Identify and provide recommendations on methods to enhance processes and procedures
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Students currently enrolled in undergraduate to graduate-level programs
Solid analytical and research skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Superb interpersonal skills
Solid organizational skills
Eagerness to learn and contribute to HR initiatives
