Responsibilities

Analyzing travel data

Generating actionable insights

Supporting ad-hoc requests to address evolving business needs

Documenting methodologies, processes and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility in our toolbox and keeping these up to date

Shaping how we embed generative artificial (and business) intelligence into our way of working

Preparing, processing and analyzing large volumes of spend data and portfolio trends

Suggesting and implementing improvements to processes

Contributing to global initiatives

Collaborating with colleagues across regions to enhance the firm’s overall travel strategy

Delivering high-quality analytics and innovative solutions

Helping the team uncover opportunities to improve efficiency, enhance the traveler’s experience, and achieve cost savings

Qualification

Required

University degree in business, finance, engineering, operations, or another analytical field preferred

2+ years of relevant experience in analytics, business, consulting, or quantitative fields

Strong understanding of analytics tools and problem-solving methodologies to analyze and interpret data effectively

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Proficiency in data visualization and database tools, including but not limited to Tableau, Power BI, Tableau Prep, Alteryx, KNIME, and Snowflake

Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and organizational levels in a team environment

Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset, with strong time management skills to thrive in a complex and largely autonomous work environment

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels

Preferred

Familiarity with travel-related data or experience in the travel industry is a plus
